Set within a beautifully restored heritage farmhouse surrounded by a two-acre orchard and vineyards, Backyard Farm Chef’s Table delivers an intimate and immersive dining experience. Every multi-course menu is personally designed by Chef Chris Van Hooydonk, reflecting the rhythms of the seasons, French-inspired technique, and a deep respect for local farmers and producers.
Guests are invited into the open demonstration kitchen—where each handcrafted dish tells the story of its ingredients, from Ocean Wise-certified seafood to ethically raised meats and farm-grown produce—creating a genuine connection between land, table, and craft.
