La Casa Bianca Winery, situated in the South Okanagan Valley, is a family-run winery named after the owners' daughter, Bianca, and their white house on the vineyard. The winery focuses on sustainable agricultural practices, nurturing their grapes with care to produce wines without additives, apart from minimal sulphites.
Their diverse wine selection includes red, floral, fruit, and nut wines. Notably, their "Vin de Noix - Black Walnut" wine received Double Gold in the "Tree Fruit Dessert" category at the 2020 All Canadian Wine Championships and a bronze medal at the British Columbia Lieutenant Governor’s Wine Awards.
Visitors can reserve wine tastings to explore their offerings. The winery also produces wine jellies made from their Haskap Berry, Apricot, and Black Walnut wines, available for purchase.
