Situated in the Okanagan Valley, The Dubh Glas Distillery crafts spirits that reflect the region's character. The name "Dubh Glas," meaning "from the dark water" in Gaelic, refers to the pure water sourced from an on-site well, fed by an underground aquifer.

Their signature product, Noteworthy Gin, is a hand-crafted, small-batch gin made from 100% British Columbian grown barley. It undergoes three precision distillations—two to clean the spirit and one to infuse botanicals. This meticulous process has earned Noteworthy Gin six consecutive Gold Medals with Distinction as of 2024.

For whisky enthusiasts, the distillery offers "DIRTY LITTLE SECRET," a single malt whisky aged in casks sourced from two iconic distilleries. This whisky captures the unmistakable essence of Islay's peaty character, with bold layers of cigar smoke complemented by other nuanced flavours.
