Meadowlark Nature Festival

The Meadowlark Nature Festival is an annual event in the Okanagan and Similkameen valleys, offering guided tours and workshops led by experts such as naturalists, painters, biologists, and Indigenous cultural leaders. Participants can engage in activities like hiking, cycling, canoeing, bird watching, art walks, and photography workshops. The 2024 festival featured over 50 tours, including a keynote address by Bob McDonald, host of CBC Radio's "Quirks and Quarks," discussing his book "The Future is Now."
