The Wine Country Racing Association (WCRA) hosts drag racing events at the Osoyoos Airport throughout the year. The 2024 schedule includes races on May 25-26, June 22-23, September 7-8, and September 28-29.

Gates open at 9 AM, with practice runs starting at 10 AM and eliminations beginning at 1 PM. Each event day offers an exciting lineup of drag races featuring a variety of vehicles, from street cars to designated dragsters. Admission is $10, and children under 12 can enter for free with an adult.

Food and merchandise are available on site, and the events are family-friendly. No overnight camping is allowed at the airport, but nearby parking options are provided for participants.
